At YEYEOGE 360 COUTURE & FABRICS LIMITED, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our African wears and fabrics. Each piece is carefully designed, produced, and inspected to meet our high standards before delivery.

Because many of our items are custom-made, tailored, or limited edition, we operate a strict but fair refund and return policy outlined below.

2. Eligibility for Refund or Exchange

Refunds or exchanges are only available under the following conditions:

• The item received is defective or damaged upon arrival.
• The wrong item or size (different from your confirmed order) was delivered.
• The item does not match the product description or image on our website.

Note:

• Refund or exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with tags intact.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Please note that certain items are not eligible for refund or return, including:

• Custom-made or tailored outfits
• Fabrics cut to your specific measurements or length
• Discounted or sale items
• Items damaged due to customer mishandling or improper care

4. How to Request a Refund or Exchange

To initiate a return or refund, please follow these steps:

1. Email info@yeyeoge360couture.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.
2. Include:
   • Your order number
   • A clear photo or video showing the defect or wrong item
   • A brief explanation of the issue
3. Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.
4. If approved, you will receive return instructions and the return address.

5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the wrong or defective item was sent.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received.

We are not responsible for lost or undelivered return parcels.

6. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

• We will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

If your refund has not appeared after 10 business days, please contact your bank or card provider, as processing times may vary.

7. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item (for example, for a different size), please email info@yeyeoge360couture.com.

Exchange approval depends on product availability at the time of request.

8. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them, provided they have not yet entered production or shipping.

After this window, cancellations will not be possible, especially for custom-made or tailored items.
